Kickin’ Maple Vermont Chicken – Air fryer or grill

Yields1 ServingDifficultyBeginner

Nutritional Tips from Audrey. There is a big difference between healthy fats and not so healthy fats. Yet we all love fried foods, with the advent of the air fryer you can still get that crispness that you love with a fraction of the fat. Make sure you pat the food dry before you put a rub on it and flip during cooking so you have the flavor and texture on both sides.
