Pecan Bars

Yields16 Servings

Tips from Audrey
When measuring flour for baked goods it should be sifted or at the very least fluffed and never packed. Why? A cup of packed or compact flour can weigh 5 to 6 ounces, a cup of sifted flour weighs 4. So if you put in two cups of flour that is not sifted you may be adding an additional cup of flour to your recipe which will change the texture, taste and baking time dramatically.
