Did you know that salt and pepper sit side by side for a reason? It is believed that salt raises your blood pressure and pepper lowers it, so the two will balance one another out.

2 cups hot mashed potatoes
2 Large Egg Yolks
¼ cup Milk
1 tbsp Melted Butter
1 tsp Danbury Country Store Salt
⅛ tsp Danbury Country Store White Pepper
⅛ tsp Danbury Country Store Gourmet Paprika
½ tsp Danbury Country Store Celery Seed

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Combine all ingredients until well mixed.

On an oil baking sheet arrange in mounds with a tablespoon of dough squeezed through a pastry bag or a zip lock bag with the corner snipped off.

Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until
potatoes are lightly brown or flecked
with brown.
