Creamy Ranch Crockpot Chicken

Crockpot meals are an excellent way to make a quick and easy meal. This recipe is a creamy recipe so sure to be a favorite of everyone. You can make it more nutritious by adding vegetables, such as peas, broccoli, corn, peppers… about two hours before the meal is done, if adding frozen add them about one hour before the meal is done cooking.

 4 Boneless, chicken breasts cut into thick strips
 4 Red potatoes cut into bite size pieces (do not peel skin off)
 2 cups Bite size carrots (not baby carrots, but big ones that you cut up) baby ones will cook to mush
 2 Cans cream of chicken soup
 ½ cup Danbury Country Store Ranch Seasoning
 1 ½ cups Milk
 Parsley, thyme, other vegetables as desired

Dry and Cut chicken breasts into thick strips or slices

Cut potatoes into bite sized pieces. Cut peeled carrots into bite sized pieces.

In your crockpot place the chicken and then add the potatoes and carrots.
In a bowl mix the soup, ranch mix and milk until well blended.

Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken and vegetables.

Cook in your crockpot on high for 5 to 6 hours or overnight on low heat.
Mix in fresh parsley or thyme before serving, serve over rice.
