Turkey Brine


Mix 1 bottle of Turkey Brine spice with 2 quarts water in a large container or bag. Insert thawed turkey (18lb or smaller) into brine. Add additional water until turkey is fully covered. Let turkey sit in solution in a refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator and drain off brine. Rinse turkey well and cook based on traditional turkey cooking directions. Ingredients: sea salt, spices, dehydrated garlic and cranberries.
