Sundried Tomato & Herb Marinade

Marinade Recipe (per lb. Of chicken, beef, pork, or fish.) Mix the following ingredients together: 3/4 cup water, 6 Tbsp canola oil, 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup Sundried Tomato and Herb mix. Put marinade and meat in a re-sealable bag, and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes. For best results, leave overnight. Remove meat from the bag, and dispose of excess marinade. Cook by desired method. Ingredients: sea salt, turbinado sugar, sundried tomatoes, tomato powder, spices, dehydrated onion and garlic and silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
