Nashville Hot Dill Seasoning


Fried Chicken Recipe: In a ziplock bag, combine 1 1/2 cups buttermilk with 2 Tbsp seasoning. Add 1 lb chicken, seal the bag, and marinate in a refrigerator for minimum of two hours. For best results, marinate overnight. When ready to cook, combine 1/2 cup bread crumbs with 1 cup flour. Dredge chicken in flour mix. Fry (or bake) as desired. Ingredients: dehydrated garlic and onion, brown sugar, salt, spices (including dill), paprika, dehydrated red pepper sauce (aged red pepper, distilled vinegar, salt), natural flavors (including grill), turmeric, spice extractive, with calcium silicate and calcium stearate added to prevent caking.
