Marinade Recipe (per 1lb of chicken, beef, pork, or fish.) Mix the following ingredients together: 3/4 cup water, 1/3 cup canola oil, 1/3 cup Italian marinade mix. Put marinade and meat in a re-sealable bag, and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes. For best results, leave overnight. Remove meat from the bag, and dispose of excess marinade. Cook by desired method. Ingredients: turbinado sugar, sea salt, evaporated can juice, dehydrated garlic and onion, spices, citric acid, bell pepper, parsley, carrots, xanthan gum, and natural flavor.
