Brazilian Marinade

Marinade Recipe (per 1lb of chicken, beef, pork, or fish.) Mix the following ingredients together: 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup canola oil, 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 1/2 cup Brazilian marinade mix. Put marinade and meat in a re-sealable bag, and place in he refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes. For best results, leave overnight. Remove meat from the bag, and dispose of excess marinade. Cook by desired method. Ingredients: sea salt, spices, corn starch, dehydrated onion and garlic, evaporated cane sugar, red and green bell pepper, hydrolyzed corn protein, natural flavors, and spice extractives.
