Maple and Apple Pie Stuffed Pork
Bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin stuffed with apple pie filling and glazed with maple.

Ingredients
- Sweet Rub
- ¼ cupBrown sugar
- 1 tbspSea salt
- 2 tspBlack pepper
- 2 tspSmoked paprika
- 2 tspGarlic powder
- 2 tspOnion powder
- 1 tspGround mustard
- ½ tspCayenne
- Pork
- 3 4 lbs Pork tenderloin
- 1 jar/can Apple pie filling
- ½ lbBacon
- 1 cupMaple syrup
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix all rub spices together.

Butterfly tenderloin; pat dry; season inside and out.

Stuff with apple pie filling.

Wrap entire tenderloin with bacon in crisscross pattern.

Bake 25 minutes.

Remove; baste with maple syrup.

Continue basting every 5 minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F (about 40-45 minutes total).
