Kickin' Maple Vermont Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lbSkinless/boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 tbspKickin' Vermont Maple Rub
  • tbspOlive oil
  • 3 tbspPure maple syrup

Instructions

    Preheat air fryer to 400°F (or grill to medium-high).
