Burgundy Wine Marinade


Marinade Recipe (per 1lb of chicken, beef, pork, and fish.) Mix the following ingredients together: 1/3 cup water, 1/4 cup canola oil, 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar, 1/3 cup Burgundy Wine marinade. Put marinade and meat in a re-sealable bag, and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes. For best results, leave overnight. Remove meat from the bag, and dispose of excess marinade. Cook by desired method. Ingredients: turbinado sugar, sea salt, natural burgundy wine flavor (maltodextrin, burgundy wine solids, malic acid, natural flavor), evaporated cane sugar, spices (including mustard), hydrolyzed corn protein, dehydrated onion, caramel color, dehydrated garlic and beet powder.
